Core Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will generate sales leads by prospecting and engaging potential Mid-Market and Enterprise clients through outbound outreach, while managing and maintaining the outbound sales pipeline. Responsibilities also include identifying client needs, suggesting solutions, following the sales playbook, and adhering to service-level agreements for outreach intervals.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of outbound sales experience as an SDR within the technology or SaaS sector, along with proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Outreach and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo. Strong verbal communication, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
