Requirements

Candidates should be recent graduates or in their final semesters of relevant fields like Accounting, Finance, or HR, or possess technical education in these areas. Essential requirements include experience with Mexico payroll, working with external vendors, intermediate English proficiency for regional interaction, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with HRIS systems like SAP or Workday.
