The role involves leading the prospecting and acquisition of new partner establishments across different regions through consultative strategic selling, while managing the sales cycle from lead qualification to initial partner onboarding. The executive must also maintain a strong results orientation to consistently exceed acquisition goals (GMV and new partners) for the expansion area.
Requirements
Candidates must have proven experience in high-performance B2B or B2C external sales and prospecting, mastering structured sales methodologies like SPIN Selling and Challenger Sale, alongside advanced negotiation skills. A critical requirement is full availability for intense travel, involving approximately 20 nights away from home monthly, and possessing a valid Category B driver's license.
