What You'll Do
Manage recruitment indicators through periodic sessions with recruitment managers to develop actions that help achieve goals. Collaborate with other areas to create tools and processes that streamline the recruitment and onboarding of agents. Analyze recruitment behavior, evaluating the profiles of prospects to improve attraction effectiveness and increase productivity in terms of life insurance policies.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields. Intermediate level of English. 3 years of experience in Recruitment and Development. Proficient in Office Suite, particularly Excel at intermediate to advanced level. Experience in commercial/administrative roles, sales teams, and agent development training.
