The CX Analyst will represent the voice of the customer within the company, understanding their needs and expectations. They will implement continuous improvements to optimize the customer experience and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Candidates should be advanced students or graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in CX roles. Proficiency in UX writing, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with visual collaboration tools are also required.
