Requirements
Candidates must have 6+ years of regulatory compliance experience in financial services, payments, or crypto, demonstrating the ability to draft regulator-ready narratives and manage cross-functional follow-through in a startup environment. Essential experience includes building compliance governance programs and deep hands-on knowledge of US state MTL licensing, MSB obligations, and NMLS fluency.
