Customer Experience Associate I
ConduentCore Responsibilities
This role involves assessing customer calls to determine immediate service, transfer, or follow-up needs, while performing routine call center activities using standard scripts and established guidelines to meet SLAs. Associates will also gather necessary information to update the database and communicate policies to customers in a warm and empathetic manner.
Requirements
This is an entry-level position requiring basic skills in a range of processes, procedures, and systems, working under close supervision. It requires the ability to perform analytical and operational tasks, solve problems self-guided, and apply existing experience to complete assigned work following detailed procedures.
