This role is responsible for owning the regional performance, strategy, and execution of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) across the LATAM region, leading campaigns from concept to completion. A typical day involves optimizing the SEM program across Google and local search engines, developing optimization processes, and leveraging data insights to accelerate performance.

Requirements

Candidates must have 8+ years of relevant experience, including extensive end-to-end SEM channel management experience with a clear understanding of the full marketing funnel. Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese, proficiency with SQL and Excel, and a proven track record as an analytical decision-maker are required.
