Manage and control the investment portfolio of the mining unit. Ensure all necessary permits and legal provisions are in place for project execution. Monitor project progress against the master plan and coordinate with contractors to improve progress and control costs. Prepare management reports and organize coordination meetings with project stakeholders.

3-4 years of experience in similar leadership roles in project development. Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar. Postgraduate studies in project management, PMI, or related fields.
