Inbound Auto Loans Collections Associate

Interface with customers via telephone, emails, and chat to assist with high levels of customer service. Respond to customer requests and queries regarding service, product, and account information. Support high volume of inbound calls and effectively manage customer needs.

A minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects including English Language and a numeric subject, or a U.S. high school diploma or GED. Must have a valid government issued ID, TRN, and NIS card. Experience in customer service is preferred.

Must have flexible availability to work any day and any assigned shift weekly, including weekends and public holidays. Must be able to train and/or work onsite.
