The Technical Solution Analyst will structure fragmented technical information into a validated baseline and produce executive-ready dashboards to guide network consolidation. They are responsible for documenting current and target states, identifying process gaps, and maintaining operational logs such as RAID and decision trackers.
Requirements
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Solution Analyst or Business Process Analyst in IT or telecom. Strong proficiency in documentation, process mapping, and tools like Visio, Excel, and PowerBI is required.
