Ensure the execution of training strategies and automation programs for Mercado Libre's logistics center operations. Develop analysis and tracking of process improvement implementations, identifying potential gaps for training interventions. Plan, organize, and execute training programs derived from productivity and quality improvement strategies, and analyze metrics on learning effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields with experience in operational process training in manufacturing or logistics. Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions. Proficient in Google Sheets for data analysis and KPI tracking, and experience leading continuous improvement projects.
