Payments & Partnership Operations Senior Analyst

Lead the identification, analysis, and prioritization of strategic initiatives to improve payment authorization rates. Design and implement analytical models to predict payment declines and recommend preventive actions. Own end-to-end payment optimization projects and translate complex payment data into insights for senior leadership.

Strong experience in payment performance, payment operations, or business analytics. Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools. Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and strong stakeholder management skills.
