Key duties include direct customer engagement, advising on best practices, managing the backlog, and overseeing customer onboarding, integrations, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Candidates must have over 5 years of experience building complex enterprise SaaS products and possess strong technical fluency, including understanding APIs and data flows. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a high ownership mindset, and the ability to balance immediate customer demands with long-term platform scalability.
