What You'll Do
Ensure the application of operational procedures and standards in offices. Coordinate with divisional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions. Define and monitor operational KPIs and compliance metrics.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Experience in banking operations or support areas. Knowledge of internal control, operational risks, and banking processes.
