Analista Suporte I

Provide support for the installation and configuration of new IT equipment and reconfiguration of existing devices. Analyze and diagnose incidents to resolve issues, collaborating with vendors and other professionals as needed. Maintain and update the knowledge base and document procedures for incident resolution.

Technical High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT (completed or in progress). Previous experience in technical support is required. Desired certifications include ITIL V4 or higher and Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) in Windows 10.
