Core Responsibilities

The Recruiting Coordinator will facilitate the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, handling tasks like job postings, managing interview logistics, tracking progress in ATS, and coordinating pre-hire checks. Specific duties include providing QA for job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and resolving related issues in a timely fashion.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a working understanding of talent acquisition/HR principles and demonstrate excellent time management, organizational skills, and high attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced environment. A High School Diploma is required, with a college degree preferred, and at least 2 years of experience coordinating recruiting activities is preferred.
