Core Responsibilities

Responsibilities also include managing sales teams and acquisition points, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and identifying growth opportunities like cross-selling and up-selling.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed Higher Education degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Financial Management, Marketing, or related fields, along with proven experience in managing relationships with SME partners or clients, preferably in the banking/financial sector. Essential requirements include experience managing indirect channels, sales teams, call center metrics, analytical skills for performance indicators, and possessing a valid CNH B license with a personal vehicle for commercial visits.
