The manager will lead integrated demand generation initiatives across the full portfolio, focusing on market awareness, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration for Central America and the Caribbean. This involves designing and executing regional campaigns across digital, channel, and field marketing initiatives while aligning closely with sales objectives.

Requirements

Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field, or over 7 years of relevant marketing experience, specifically in demand generation or B2B marketing. Fundamental requirements also include familiarity with distributor-led GTM models, a valid B1 driver’s license, a valid passport, and a valid U.S. visa to support Puerto Rico.
