The role is responsible for guaranteeing the execution of training strategy and programs for the Mercado Libre Distribution Center operations. This includes developing analyses, tracking process improvements, planning training programs based on quality strategies, and supporting continuous improvement efforts for equipment and processes.

Requirements

Candidates must be an Industrial Engineer or a licensed professional in related fields, possessing strong group management skills and experience in training, including knowledge of STPS safety audit requirements. Proficiency in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets, strong communication skills, and availability for scheduling and travel between warehouses are essential.
