Ensure the infrastructure of stores meets defined standards. Implement and manage a decentralized maintenance model. Improve current maintenance flow to increase efficiency. Increase the percentage of stores with regularized licenses. Collaborate with the operational team to ensure efficient service execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical course (Electrotechnics, Mechanics, Buildings). Solid experience in building maintenance. Technical knowledge in maintenance services and budget planning. Advanced Excel and intermediate PowerPoint skills. Team management and data analysis skills.
