What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Implement campaign updates, audience changes, creative launches, budget adjustments, and tracking requirements.
  • Execute optimizations and testing initiatives based on Senior Paid Media Strategist recommendations.
  • Conduct routine account audits to identify performance gaps, implementation issues, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor pacing, budgets, tracking, ad disapprovals, platform errors, and other account health issues.
  • Identify inconsistencies across campaigns, ad groups, audiences, creative assets, and tracking setups.
  • Proactively surface risks and opportunities to Senior Paid Media Strategists.
  • Translate strategic recommendations into accurate and timely platform execution.
  • Contribute insights based on account audits, platform analysis, and campaign performance.
  • Support onboarding, account setup, restructures, and other operational projects.
  • Configure and validate conversion tracking, pixels, and platform integrations.
  • Troubleshoot tracking and implementation issues and escalate complex technical challenges when needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, account records, and implementation procedures.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices across paid media operations.

What We're Looking For

POSITION: Paid Media Implementation Specialist
Location: Remote (Global)
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST)
Compensation: 2500 USD/month

Note: Independent contractor position
