Core Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to centralize US portfolio services for payroll catalogue using the Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process, ensuring service delivery and Service Level Agreement fulfillment. Responsibilities include analyzing, documenting, and executing payroll services, validating inputs, capturing data in systems, and ensuring compliance with pay rules and regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proficiency in the full Microsoft Suite. Desirable experience includes payroll, accounting, or finance processes, complemented by strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
