Analyze, define, and map complex AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes with operational detail. Identify risks and establish controls to ensure proper operation. Plan and execute improvement projects, automation, or transformation. Communicate strategically to ensure understanding of implementations across the team.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in process management, continuous improvement, and project implementation. Basic knowledge of project management concepts (PMI, Agile preferred). Intermediate Excel skills.
