Specialist, SARA, Regulatory Affairs

Ensure full regulatory compliance of chocolate products across North America by reviewing and validating product formulations, labeling, artwork, and nutritional information. Evaluate and approve food additives, ingredients, and formulations to confirm compliance with FDA and Canadian regulations. Partner with R&D, Quality, Marketing, Packaging, and Supply Chain teams to provide regulatory guidance throughout the product development lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the food industry, preferably in chocolate or confectionery. Proven knowledge of FDA regulations and Canadian Food and Drug Regulations.
