Act on culture and cultural transformation projects, from organizational diagnosis to defining future scenarios and desired behaviors. Prepare and conduct interviews with executives and other stakeholders. Plan and facilitate workshops, group dynamics, and focus groups. Analyze data and information to identify relevant reflections on the context and evolution of organizational culture.

Proven experience in culture or cultural transformation projects, preferably with participation in various projects. Experience in conducting interviews with executives, workshops, and group dynamics. Advanced English for interaction with global teams and presentation of diagnostics and results.
