Support a customer-oriented culture by collaborating with operational teams to identify service improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions and performance management frameworks to enhance visibility on productivity and service levels. Monitor key operational indicators, identify trends, and present findings to management for decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or related technical roles. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel-VBA for data extraction and visualization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose improvements.
