Core Responsibilities

The role is responsible for leading the sales strategy and operations for the DTS channel within the assigned region, ensuring the achievement of the Annual Operational Plan targets including volume, revenue, margin, and market share goals. This involves aligning cross-functional areas like Trade Marketing and Finance to ensure high customer service levels and leading a regional team to develop key commercial relationships.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed higher education degree in Marketing, Administration, Economics, or related fields, preferably with a postgraduate degree or MBA. Essential requirements include proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a valid Category B driver's license, with intermediate English being desirable.
