Core Responsibilities

The intern will support the People & Organization practice knowledge and management teams across various activities including financial reporting, internal/external marketing, communications, and knowledge support under the direction of the Global Director. This role involves partnering with global topic teams on special projects, overseeing global affiliation databases, and supporting automation efforts to drive business efficiency.

Requirements

Candidates should preferably be pursuing a BS/BA in Business or related degrees, with experience or interest in Human Resources or Organizational topics like Change Management. Strong academic performance, prior work experience, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, high initiative, and the ability to work full-time are required.
