The Executive Assistant will manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, coordinate complex domestic and international travel, and prepare briefing documents and reports for key meetings. Responsibilities also include tracking action items, managing expense reports, drafting correspondence, and maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, preferably with a Bachelor's degree, and must be fluent in written and spoken English. Required proficiencies include Google Workspace, scheduling platforms, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ideally within a startup environment.
