Act as a liaison between operational, commercial, and 3PL teams in Mexico and the Southern Cone to align initiatives and projects. Lead structural projects from start to finish to optimize the supplier experience and 1P shipping process. Monitor performance indicators and promote continuous improvement by connecting key areas to enhance service quality. Design interactive reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making and automate operational processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Strong analytical and data-driven skills with experience in problem-solving, Big Data, and critical analysis using Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL and Tableau is a plus. Proven ability to make independent decisions and adapt quickly to changing environments. Genuine interest and experience in logistics and supply chain management are desirable.
