Build AI-powered prospecting and SDR tooling by designing and shipping agents/workflows that engage prospects and schedule meetings. Own lifecycle automation by creating onboarding, activation, and retention flows using Customer.io and internal data. Design the SDR-to-AE handoff system to optimize lead scoring and routing. Prototype quickly and validate against real metrics to ensure effectiveness.

2+ years of hands-on experience building automation or AI-powered products. Familiarity with workflow platforms like n8n and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Ability to read/write basic scripts in Python or JavaScript. Strong communication skills in English to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
