The Quality and Training Advisor will design and execute strategic training plans to improve the commercial, technical, and product skills of sales teams. They are also responsible for monitoring performance, ensuring operational objectives are met, and providing detailed reports on team progress.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a sales team trainer, preferably in the education sector, and hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree. Proficiency in Salesforce or Dynamics and intermediate Excel skills are required, along with strong communication and group management abilities.
