People Ops Analyst (Vaga para Pessoas com Deficiência)

Manage the employee lifecycle by owning the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing team members. Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate communication of payroll variables and finance activities. Serve as the primary contact for benefits providers, resolving employee queries and ensuring timely payment of operational invoices. Monitor the time-tracking system to maintain accurate attendance records and approve time-off requests.

At least 2+ years of experience in Human Resources Operations, Payroll, or related areas. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Expert knowledge of Brazilian labor practices and local labor laws. Advanced English communication skills.
