Associate Commercial Counsel

Manage the contract review process for various customer, partner, and vendor contracts, including SaaS agreements and NDAs. Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts while providing business-oriented recommendations. Guide cross-functional teams on contractual questions and support the business on legal reviews for RFPs.

2-5 years of experience as a commercial attorney. Prior experience in a sales-driven or fast-paced technology environment, preferably SaaS. Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, and procurement teams.
