Lead and supervise the Corporate and Commercial Services team in Peru, ensuring business strategies and initiatives are executed in compliance with internal policies. Monitor the management of commercial loans and credit lines, ensuring adherence to bank policies. Propose and implement improvements to processes and customer service.

Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields (Accounting, Finance, Economics). Desirable MBA. 5 years of experience in commercial and support areas, with 3 years in a similar role. 8-10 years in management positions related to Control and/or Risks and Credits. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and English.
