What You'll Do
Control and supervise operational processes for card issuance and loyalty programs. Design and provide support for accounting incidents and new card functionalities. Manage special requests related to cards and execute continuous improvements in card operational services.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Administration. Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational processes of payment methods, preferably in banking or insurance. Experience in managing and implementing AI agents for process automation.
