What You'll Do
Develop studies and analyses to define and review credit policies, ensuring decisions align with the company's risk appetite. Monitor performance indicators of credit policies, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Structure executive materials and recommendations to support leadership decision-making regarding sustainable credit strategies.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Previous knowledge in Finance, Credit, Risk Management, or related areas is desirable. Experience in leadership and team development, as well as statistical analysis and credit modeling.
