What You'll Do
Audit and review the judicial portfolio, focusing on high-exposure processes and irrecoverable cases. Review procedural bases and strategies, monitor relevant judicial recoveries, and evaluate asset searches, guarantees, and opportunities for agreements. Control judicial agreements and track the effectiveness of actions taken by law firms.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Law. Experience in judicial credit recovery. Knowledge in execution, guarantees, asset research, and judicial recovery. Experience in analyzing and reviewing complex processes. Proficiency in Office Suite.
