Core Responsibilities

The main objective is to lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various areas, primarily commercial, ensuring an excellent experience for both external candidates and internal clients. This involves managing the full recruitment cycle from business case analysis to final selection, executing proactive sourcing strategies, and conducting specialized competency-based interviews.

Requirements

Candidates must have 3 to 4 years of solid experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably in mass hiring processes, and a completed degree in Psychology, Administration, or Pedagogy. Required hard skills include advanced proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and the STAR methodology, along with intermediate English.
