Senior Legal Counsel, Antitrust & Competition

Oversee and advise on all aspects of competition law arising in the context of PedidosYa’s operations, including antitrust investigations and commercial agreements across 15 jurisdictions. Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the global competition law compliance program. Advise senior regional and local leadership on strategic initiatives, competition law risks, and regulatory investigations.

5+ years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in competition/antitrust law, preferably from a top-tier international law firm or a fast-paced in-house environment. Strong understanding of antitrust regimes across LATAM and evolving digital economy regulations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
