Value Proposition and Demonstration Manager – Onco Solids

Develop and execute strategic plans for value proposition adaptation in Oncological TAs. Lead updates and training for the IFT, ensuring content is current and relevant. Identify and manage barriers to implementation, proposing corrective actions and monitoring their impact. Co-lead launch readiness strategies and engage with decision-makers to facilitate implementation.

Minimum of five years’ experience in Oncologic TA within market access, commercial, or public policy in the pharmaceutical industry. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Professional, or Industrial Engineering; a master's in Public Health Administration or similar fields is highly desirable. Must be fluent in English, with strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
