Onboarding Assistant

Coordinate and optimize the onboarding operations for Quick Commerce partners. Identify improvement opportunities and execute action plans to drive operational growth for business partners. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on metrics, key results, and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Systems, or related fields. Intermediate level of English. Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets). Knowledge of data visualization and analysis platforms (BigQuery, Tableau, or Looker Studio). Familiarity with the Google Workspace ecosystem.
