Core Responsibilities

The Virtual Customer Service Representative will support customers remotely via live video to assist with bike selection, subscription sign-ups, and payments. They will also troubleshoot basic service issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English and possess at least two years of experience in customer support or sales roles. Proficiency with CRM systems and the ability to work comfortably on camera are essential requirements.
