Core Responsibilities

You will own the end-to-end success of a portfolio of strategic partners in the LatAm region, focusing on activation, scaling, and retention. This involves driving product adoption, executing joint growth plans, and enabling partner sales teams to maximize revenue.

Requirements

Candidates must have 3–6+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, or Account Management within the SaaS, Hosting, or Cloud sectors. Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required, along with a strong commercial mindset and experience working with partners in LatAm.
