What You'll Do
Lead the Analytical Modeling area for Fraud Prevention and PLDFT, responsible for strategy and model portfolio evolution. Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure implementation, monitoring, and support of production solutions, defining model governance processes. Develop and lead high-performance teams, driving innovation and analytical excellence.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required. Solid experience in people management and leading Analytical Modeling, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence teams. Advanced knowledge of the analytical model lifecycle, including development, governance, monitoring, and integration with Data Engineering. Familiarity with analytical platforms like Databricks and cloud environments.
