Coordinate human talent processes in the Cochabamba, Sucre, and Tarija regions. Manage personnel administration and payroll updates for the Cochabamba region. Execute labor and social security procedures in compliance with current regulations. Maintain documentation and records for processes under responsibility, continuously consolidating reports and indicators.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. Diploma in Human Talent Management or Human Resources. 4 years of general work experience, with at least 3 years in similar roles. Solid experience in labor legislation and human talent administration.
