Analista Pleno de Folha de Pagamento

Assist in the calculation and analysis of labor charges, including SEFIP, INSS, CAGED, RAIS, and DIRF. Support payroll and benefits calculation, verification, and analysis. Perform outsourcing activities (BPO) and assist in payroll accounting. Act consultatively with clients.

Experience with payroll processes and labor charges. Background in outsourcing/BPO environments. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Intermediate Excel skills for control, analysis, and reporting.

The work model is hybrid, with in-person attendance required three times a week, either at Deloitte offices or client locations. The company promotes a collaborative environment with diverse teams.
