Estagiário | Product Ops

Support the operational front of Product Ops by organizing information, documenting processes, and producing materials. Communicate with teams and stakeholders, and assist in the Value Engineering process to ensure clarity, quality, and consistency in prioritization cycles.

Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Administration, Communication, Design, Engineering, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a genuine interest in organization, processes, governance, and continuous improvement.

The position offers a flexible work model that varies by function, with a preference for in-person interactions while allowing for flexibility and autonomy. The company values personal interactions and uses the office to enhance work relationships.
