Map and monitor markets, trends, competitors, and potential M&A and investment targets in Brazil and Latin America. Conduct strategic and financial analyses of potential opportunities, evaluating business models, market positioning, and growth drivers. Support the end-to-end M&A process, including initial analysis, preparation of materials, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.

Fluent in English for reading, writing, and communication. Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling and data analysis. Previous experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields is preferred.
